The first film in cinema history - in fact it is a short film - shot with a surveillance camera. The Neapolitan director shows a real cross-section of his city.
Plot. We District Health. Bacioterracino Mariano is smoking the last cigarette unconscious. The Camorra killer comes, pretends not to notice and enter the bar. When he comes out with two shots kills (though the narrator speaks of four), the man leaning on exit: a shot in the arm and one in the head. No one knows why. We think of a settling of scores. The bloodstain widens and the audience wonders who may have been.
Notes. Great actor test by the characters, all taken from the road. In this film the director wanted to report to criticize the silence of the Italians to the facts of the crime. You see a woman get away "as if it had been a collision," a father with a girl and a boy who takes away his banquet. Three actors from Oscar who, without saying a word, shows the feeling of addiction to crime just by their attitude. Very successful.
Finally, through the idea of \u200b\u200ba surveillance camera, the audience becomes a cop to try to identify the murderess.
As if no one knew ...
In the end, you know, it was the butler.
