My first steps into the kitchen moved them at the tender age of 15 years or so, being keen mainly to desserts. Even today I keep handwritten recipes then like the tiramisu, the dessert of the post-storms as a couple, one of the jam tart, my favorite.

Apple Tart .
Today for mixing the ingredients I trust my travel companion in the kitchen (Thermomix TM31), but the flavor, aroma and fragrance are the same then.
you the recipe that is a bit 'like a piece of my story which I gladly gift to her friends.
Ingredients: 200 gr

flour 3 apples (2 if large)
50 gr.
sugar 1 tablespoon baking
2 eggs 50 ml milk
50 gr.
butter zest of one lemon or orange
Procedure:
Grate lemon zest (or orange) and mix well with sugar (if using the Thermomix put in the bowl and mix sugar and grated for 20 sec. vel. turbo).
Then combine the flour, eggs, baking powder, butter and milk and mix well until mixture is smooth and creamy (with the Thermomix, combine all ingredients and mix for 30 sec. Vel. 5).
Allow the mixture to stand for half an hour.
Meanwhile prepare the buttered and floured. Instead of flour, to get a crispy crust, use the breadcrumbs but make sure not to leave any remains of bread on the bottom of the cake.
spent half an hour to transfer the batter into the cake after it is mixed well and spread evenly. Leaning over the apple slices close together and sprinkle sugar.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 30 min. 180 °. A pleasure
