The following is the manifesto of the movement to stop use of the land, born between the provinces of Asti and Cuneo, on the initiative of Alexander Mortarino, and Little Gino Domenico Finiguerra. Also public the video "built houses" made by me and Fabio Valle.

The use of the land over the past decade has become a major problem and a devastating extent. Over the past twenty years, our country has ridden a wide urbanization, rapid and violent. The land for private housing, the small business areas, commercial and industrial related junctions and roundabouts have multiplied and have towed a major new infrastructure projects (highways, ring roads, high speed, etc.)..

Tutto ciò porta da una parte allo svuotamento di molti centri storici e dall’altra all’aumento di nuovi residenti in nuovi spazi e nuove attività, che significano a loro volta nuove domande di servizi e così via all’infinito, con effetti alla lunga devastanti. Dando vita a quella che si può definire la “città continua”. Dove esistevano paesi, comuni, identità municipali, oggi troviamo immense periferie urbane, quartieri dormitorio e senza anima : una “conurbazione” ormai completa per molte aree del paese.
Ma i legislatori e gli amministratori possono fare scelte diverse, seguire strade alternative? Sì!

Il tema degli affetti è uno dei temi che intendiamo sviluppare di più in questa nostra rassegna. Ci siamo resi conto che la separazione dalla famiglia è uno degli aspetti più dolorosi sia per i detenuti, sia per i familiari, costretti a rincorrere il proprio caro spostato sempre più lontano da casa o a regolare la propria vita sugli orari di visita imposti dal carcere.
