minors between drug dealing and drug use

TREVISO - When it comes to the reality of detention must also be able to read reports of crime that are spread by the media: the least surprised by the police on duty with three thousand euro and a dozen bags of drugs in the pockets certainly be arrested, tried and imprisoned nell'Ipm, but the discussion is not can stranded here. Charge any liability to the child, ask how much it will cost to the community segregated in an institution and, in the case of an alien, whether or not it send it back to his country of origin, lead perhaps to eliminate one of the many of the evil called buboes drugs, but the brand will remain in our house, because his heart is an army of young teenagers who, within our families, having no valid points of reference, trying to fill the gap by resorting to drugs. A situation which is not surprising if among the parents there are those who make or made use of particular substances. Behind every child there are always adults.
The problem is not to eliminate the drug dealer, who can always be replaced. The real problem is to prevent the use of drugs is to stop the hemorrhage of money to pay for the toxicity to the blast. But it is difficult to talk about toxic when those who use drugs refuse to identify themselves as such. Here I report, in this regard, the opinion of Dr.. Daniele Corbetta, director of Ceis of Treviso (the interview is included in the book " Liberi reclusi ").

Dott.

Non era un mercato grandissimo, but made it a lot, since the drug they needed the substance every day. Gone are the heroic days of the early and early Sert, has lowered the guard in both cultural and organizational system of enforcement and prevention.
It then forms a new form of consumption towards the end of the nineties, with the introduction of cocaine in a widespread and "popular." The drug is no longer seen as a sign of discomfort and alienation, but as a tool for socializing, for fun, for sex, and even to work harder. The drug
as "doping" it knows a great success, and today, with prices all can afford, is also lower among customers, who can buy it with "pocket money" per week with their parents. As is clear from a study done on the use of alcohol and substance than the economic possibilities of the customer, who has, for example, less than fifty euro per month, he abstains from drugs or consume alcohol only, who has more than a hundred euro to months ago to use alcohol and marijuana, and over one hundred and fifty euro to get cocaine ...

The world is changing, evolving rapidly, and today the mass distribution is done via internet .
The speed of the network, with new proposals for substances often unknown to the same insiders, makes it more difficult for law enforcement and knowledge, facilitating the spread of mass. Even consumption patterns change and adapt to the times.
mean?
Gone are the eighties and nineties: the new millennium approaches, styles and meanings are different. We live normally integrated in its context and then, when you want, you choose to get a profound alteration becomes almost a consumer ... "aware" if we can define it. Just go in the various hospital Emergency Room to see that there are no more opiate overdoses, but they face situations where, although it is clear the state of alteration, it remains unknown substance that caused it. No one is an addict, maybe because the parents themselves consume drugs and psychotropic drugs as if it were a natural thing.
Now the attempt by the traditional market is to put back into the "old" heroine, promoting it as a substance to be "smoking", to create stable customers in the future. This is already happening under the eyes of all. [...]

Stories Child prisoners

Martedì February 15, 2011, at 20:30, at the library Zanetti Montebelluna present my latest book titled "Free inmates."

Assuming that those who commit a crime should serve the full sentence, should be given to man, and above all the minor mistakes, the possibility of human and social recovery. It is possible that in an Italian prison lacks everything - as a disinfectant, toilet paper, detergents - and there is overcrowding in the cells that sometimes the inmates are forced to stay in his bed because there space for standing.

The book "Free imprisoned" (it is published by Editions of walnut and is distributed by The Messenger) leads the preface of Paggiarino Alfonso, director of the Juvenile Criminal Triveneto.

stories and voices of children of prison inmates

stories daily in a prison. Prison life, the difficulty in weaving human relationships, the need to overcome the idea of \u200b\u200bcondemnation and punishment and prison as rehabilitation conceive. These are stories of adults but also children of prisoners: the reality of prison Treviso will be the focus of the meeting on Friday at 20.30, in the multipurpose room of City Hall, "The prison Treviso hotel or place of punishment?". Speakers Martorel Gaston, mayor of San Fior, Carla Silva, author of volume "Free imprisoned," Don Pedro Zardo, chaplain of the House district of Treviso, Don Claudio Carniel, pastor of San Fior.
During the evening will be presented the book by Fr Peter Zardo "condemned to live. The daily lives of inmates in Treviso told by his chaplain, "and the new book by Carlo Silvano, just published," Free imprisoned. Stories of juvenile detainees. " For nearly fourteen years Don Pietro is chaplain of the House district of Treviso. "Each one lives for himself - says Fr Peter - and that there is a relational system that allows you to exchange of human emotions, such as those related to reception, trust, solidarity." In the book The priest says that "the common feeling that the person who submits the wrong must be condemned and forgotten, but this is a shortsighted argument: the inmate will be released from prison sooner or later, and is strong and a real danger of facing a person worse what came first year. "
The stories are collected instead of minors detained in "Free imprisoned," which shows that Silva had talks with teenagers locked up in the Institute of Triveneto penalty for juveniles as well as interviews and discussions of specialists. "A person who has committed a fraud or theft you can keep her in prison for life at the expense of the community? And if we can not bear this cost, you can assumed to re-enter in our judicial system, the death penalty? If these two roads you can not go, then we must think seriously about what to do when a prisoner is approaching the day of release from prison. And if we put that concern to an adult, must be even more attention to who finds himself behind bars before the age of eighteen years, "says Silvano. ( by Sara De Vido. Gazzettino, ed.
