The cries of the Berlusconi government Manzoni

Purtroppo, come fa notare l'avv.

Massimo De Luca scrive che nell'attuale testo governativo di riforma costituzionale si stabilisce che i magistrati, like other state officials are directly responsible for acts committed in violation of rights. According to her, as in fact will translate these intentions ?
A judge can be wrong, of course. And the mistakes you pay, of course. Currently, the court pays for itself acted willfully, that is, with the intention of making a mistake, very remote possibility, this, that would require, for example, evidence of corruption. The Government, referring also to a referendum on the civil liability of judges in 1987 (whose results were nullified) proposes that the court compensate the errors caused by negligence, that negligence or incompetence. It is currently impossible to predict how the Government intends to translate this regard. On this issue

Silvio Berlusconi, may register a popular consensus even more to the same parliamentary majority it has. It is, however, a question: what is popular is automatically right? What is your opinion?
"Who will you, Jesus or Barabbas?" Asked Pontius Pilate. And the people chose Barabbas to save, which means that (even) the people can make mistakes. But what is the alternative? Churchill said that democracy is the system "less worse".

Dr. De Luca points out that the judge is the arbiter of conflicts and the unsuccessful party is always unhappy with the decision, and will nearly always be convinced that the court erred in assessing the rules and facts. In particular, in a penal trial the offender will always have reason to complain of the sentence. I ask: if this were to pass reform, we should expect a flood of actions against judges by those who have been convicted in a proceeding ?
When the answer is impossible because the Government has not presented a reform but a declaration of principles similar to the cries Manzoni.

According to her, the fact that we should do this reform, may indicate that in our system there are not enough guarantees for a fair trial ?
The process is just an abstraction, the perfect utopia.

In his article, Dr. Massimo De Luca says, should pass this reform, the judge would be affected and opt for the decision not expose him to possible action by the parties, or at least the stronger party. What do you think?
What has this view depends on the individual judge. As he wrote Manzoni, "the courage, if one has not, not if you can give."

Minister Alfano argues that the activity of a magistrate should be compared to that of a doctor. What are your considerations ?
Some might compare the activity Alfano of the Minister to that of an undertaker.

In conclusion, she said, as a plurimputato Silvio Berlusconi can handle - an ethical and moral - an issue such as the reform of the justice ?
If you have the popular support of the majority of Italians, certainly yes.

Pure Pleasure

E 'was a sheer delight for the mind.
engaged in the research of small models, more Small and delicious because even if you have a few months, is a must appear trendy, everyone has their eyes on you and disfiguring trouble!

E 'was pure pleasure for the heart.
I sometimes in the morning, going to work, locked in the cockpit of my car thinking in general, to let your mind wander over everything and nothing and I find myself having a heart full of tenderness when I think of this beautiful common purpose to a purpose so noble and pure and I feel so proud to give my little contribution. And I find myself watching these little treasures stolen thinking that will cuddle a little puppy.
And I feel great ...

Are Kidney Stones Grey?

Project Vintage

E 'early to think about spring cleaning and on the other hand, the weather today suggests more than the beautiful winter season ...
I was struggling with the reorganization of the drawers when I found myself among hands a "historical pieces" that belonged to my maternal grandmother who has gone 32 years ago.
center is a round table that I have "inherited" as a souvenir of his house that I use for a small table in the living room.
Looking at it, what is striking is that although it's been a long time and holds a piece of history is still relevant today!

And you, what do you think?

juvenile prison inmates: JUST COMMON PLACES, BETTER TALK

From father George Saccon I received the following letter which was sent to two newspapers of Treviso .

Dear Editor,
recently I'm taking on the part of many people, a particular interest per le problematiche che riguardano i ragazzi detenuti nell’Istituto penale per Minorenni di Treviso.
Penso sia importante incontrarsi e confrontarsi su questa realtà perché spesso is not very useful - both to the victims' and perpetrators - settling the problem of juvenile delinquency with the banal jokes. Whoever commits a crime, in fact, must certainly accept the appropriate penalty, but must also have the opportunity to redeem himself and come back into society so that we can bring your own stone to build a more healthy social body and, above all, made of justice. The public meetings that I see a bit 'all over the world are proving useful for those who participate because they open up to compare the different positions on these issues strong and often serve to dispel some stereotypes about prison. On immigrants, for example, comparing it turns out that we know very little; Not many stop to think that they too are "persons"!
The most common argument seems to be that of 'return' means to do so, namely, that scontino elsewhere prison sentence. And 'this reasoning that has its foundation, but in essence it puzzles me, because it seems not to consider some important aspects of the lives of these people, as, for example, the fact that often the back stories of hard life, made of journeys on foot through the Sahara desert; immigrants who faced the Mediterranean, and only God - the Father of all - knows how many have foundered. Another common place is in the account, without any distinction, children in prison as "street children" of "criminals"! For me - that I meet them every day - guys who are loving and that is why I agree with the statement of a juvenile prison chaplain, who said: "There are no bad guys"! Is important for me - as a citizen and as a priest - being able to open a debate on these issues among the people because the juvenile is an important reality of our territory in this regard I am pleased that Monday, 7 March next, at 20.30, in the parish hall of the church in Treviso Selvana keeps a public meeting on these issues of comparison, open to all citizens, which will also participate in the IPM psychologist, Dr. Luisa Bonavena, who with his speech tell the hopes and fears, joys and sorrows of the boys following at the Institute for Juvenile Criminal Treviso.

Donation Request Letter From A Church

Sanremo in Jersey - The Final Night.

Il tocco di fanciful - if we can call it - a blue iridescent pearl buttons.
I discovered love of buttons and has taken a run in search of the most inventive and button detail ... You know what this means? Mountains of buttons that add to the pile of balls of wool and cotton that invade my studio! Help !!!..

Good start to the week at all!
