am writing on behalf of our President Mr. Benjamin Migliucci ask politely for the accreditation of an event organized by our Chamber of Criminal Bolzano on 10 July.
This is a match lasting four hours (from 15.00 to 19.00) with two highly qualified speakers on crime (and recent legislative reforms), in its substantive and procedural aspects. The title of the event is
"The 'new' crimes after the L. March 18, 2008, No 48:
aspects of substantive and procedural criminal law "
The speakers will be: • Dr.
. Robert Flor, University of Verona (PhD in economics and computer science Criminal Law - Research Fellow in Criminal Law) as part of any substantive criminal law;
• prof. adv. Stefano Marcolini University of Como (Assistant Professor of Criminal Procedure - Professor of Criminal Procedure - Lawyer) as part of any criminal proceedings.
It also planned a planned intervention by the Deputy Attorney-Dr. Igor Dry the public prosecutor of Bolzano.
The meeting is free and open to anyone interested - and in particular to lawyers, practitioners, judges - after registration via e-mail to be agreed with our office.
Verification of attendance will be made with the collection of signatures in incoming and outgoing (at the end event), prepared by our Executive Committee.
The meeting will be held at the institute "Rainerum in Bolzano - Via Carducci, in the so-called" Blue Room "(also home of several events organized by our Criminal Chamber).
Speakers we have already announced that, after a brief introductory discussion of the rules (substantive and procedural) in the field of computer crime, will focus mainly on "case studies", in particular flags and recent rulings on - to by way of example - unauthorized access to computer systems or telecommunications, computer fraud, embezzlement and abuse of office for l'utilizzo indebito della rete telematica nelle PA, responsabilità degli enti per reati informatici e metodi protocollari, accesso ai dati anche da parte degli organi di polizia, “perquisizone online”, etc.
Come già ricordato, è previsto – al termine delle relazioni – un interevento programmato del sostituto Procuratore dott. Igor Secco, che riferirà dell’esperienza della Procura bolzanina in materia.
Infine, sarà dato spazio ad eventuale (ed auspicato) dibattito con gli intervenuti.
